A WhatsApp AI assistant for Saudi businesses, on the +966 number you already use.
Short answer
Yes. As of October 2026, OrcaFlo works with Saudi (+966) WhatsApp Business numbers: it links by QR code and answers customers in Arabic or English, day and night, from your own prices. A business with 300 chats a month of about 10 messages pays around $104.99 (about SAR 394) on the Starter plan, plus the payment processing fee.
Updated
Almost everyone in Saudi Arabia is online, nearly all of it on a phone, and the busiest hours are 9 to 11 at night, well after office hours. OrcaFlo connects to the WhatsApp Business number you already use in the Kingdom and answers every message in seconds, in Arabic or English, from your own prices and policies. It books the appointment, collects the order and hands the chat to your team when a person is needed.
Saudi Arabia online, in numbers
Why after-hours replies matter in the Kingdom
Those peak hours fall late in the evening, well after office hours, and Saturday, part of the Friday–Saturday weekend, is one of the busiest days online. A customer who writes at 10pm and hears nothing until the morning may well have asked two other businesses by then.
OrcaFlo answers 24/7, so a late-night or weekend message gets a reply in seconds. It quotes from your price list, offers real open slots in your working hours and confirms the booking, so a question on Friday night becomes an appointment on Sunday morning instead of a lost lead.
What is different for a Saudi business
| How it works in Saudi Arabia | |
|---|---|
| Your number | Sign up with your Saudi (+966) WhatsApp Business number and link it by QR code. The account must be at least 10 days old. |
| Languages | Replies in Arabic or English, in whichever the customer writes. It reads Gulf and Saudi dialect messages and voice notes, and replies in clear, natural Arabic. |
| Time zone | Appointments, reminders and quiet hours follow your business’s time zone. Sign up with your +966 number and your business starts on Riyadh time (UTC+3); you can change it any time in Setup or in Bot Settings → Time zone & currency. |
| Weekend | Friday and Saturday are the weekend. You set your own working days; the assistant still answers every day and books into your next open slot. |
| Prices | Shown in US dollars: from $14.99 (about SAR 56) a month + 3¢ per message (about SAR 0.11), after the 14-day free trial. |
| Card charge | Cards are charged in UAE dirhams: AED 55.05 a month for Starter (AED 367.25 for Done-for-you), about AED 0.11 per message. Your bank may add a foreign-currency fee, and every invoice carries the payment processing fee. |
| Payment links in the chat | In-chat payment links use Strabl or Ziina, which are UAE payment providers, connected by our team. Ask us about payment links for a Saudi business. |
| Meta’s fees | None on the QR connection. Tools on Meta’s official API add Meta’s own per-message fees for Saudi numbers; Meta publishes them on its pricing page (see the sources below). |

What it does for a business in the Kingdom
Answers from your price list
Services, packages, products and delivery areas come from what you upload, and prices are quoted in your business’s currency: a +966 sign-up starts in Saudi riyals (SAR), and you can change it in Setup or in Bot Settings → Time zone & currency. It is told never to invent a price.
Books into real slots
Offers open times from your working days and hours, confirms the booking and sends a reminder before the visit.
Follows up quiet leads
Timed follow-ups go to people who asked and then went quiet, and stop the moment they reply.
Hands over to your team
Complaints, large orders and anything it isn’t sure about go to a person with the whole conversation and an alert on your phone.
Riyadh, Jeddah and the rest of the Kingdom
The product is the same everywhere in Saudi Arabia. What changes is how your customers buy, so the two largest cities have their own pages. Riyadh, the capital, runs on appointments and qualified leads: clinics, real estate, car showrooms, training and B2B services. Jeddah, the Red Sea commercial hub, runs on retail, food and tourism: restaurants, online stores, salons and travel agencies.
A business in Dammam, Khobar, Makkah or Madinah sets it up the same way. Start from your sector: clinics, real estate, online stores, restaurants and cafés, salons and spas, car dealers and garages or home services.
What a month costs, in dollars and riyals
| Monthly volume | Chats a month | Messages a month | Starter plan, after the trial |
|---|---|---|---|
| A quiet month | 100 (about 10 messages each) | 1,000 | $44.99 (about SAR 169) |
| A typical small business | 300 (about 10 messages each) | 3,000 | $104.99 (about SAR 394) |
| A busy business | 1,000 (about 10 messages each) | 10,000 | $314.99 (about SAR 1,181) |
No plan fee for 14 days and your first 500 messages free, then from $14.99 a month + 3¢ per message. No setup fee. Beyond the first 500, messages are billed weekly, even during the trial. Your customers’ messages and the assistant’s replies both count; messages you type yourself on your phone don’t.
Riyal figures on this page are the dollar price × 3.75, the riyal’s peg to the US dollar held by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Cards are charged in UAE dirhams: AED 55.05 a month for Starter (AED 367.25 for Done-for-you), about AED 0.11 per message. Your bank converts that to riyals at its own rate and may add a foreign-currency fee. Every invoice comes with a payment processing fee, shown as its own line.
Want us to set it up for you? Done-for-you is $100 (about SAR 375) a month plus the same per-message price: we set everything up and keep tuning it. The full breakdown is on pricing, and our UAE cost guide compares what agencies, API platforms and QR-linked tools charge.
Getting started from Saudi Arabia
Check your number
Your WhatsApp Business account should be at least 10 days old. Still on personal WhatsApp? Move the number to the Business app first, then wait out the 10 days.
Sign up and scan
Sign up with your +966 number, then scan the QR code from Linked devices on the business phone, as you would for WhatsApp Web.
Teach it your business
Answer a few questions about what you sell and OrcaFlo writes the assistant’s instructions. Add your prices, working days and delivery areas.
Check it’s on Riyadh time
Appointments, reminders and quiet hours follow your business’s time zone. Sign up with your +966 number and your business starts on Riyadh time (UTC+3); you can change it any time in Setup or in Bot Settings → Time zone & currency.
Test, then go live
Chat with it yourself first, then press Go live (a few business types are reviewed by us first). Put a wa.me link on your profiles with the free WhatsApp link generator: pick Saudi Arabia (+966) in its country list.
The trade-off, stated plainly
OrcaFlo links to your WhatsApp Business app by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does, so you keep your number, your chats and the app on your phone. It isn’t Meta’s official API or an official WhatsApp app, so there is no green tick, and WhatsApp says linking an unofficial app can lead to a restriction or a ban. To lower that risk, OrcaFlo asks for an account at least 10 days old, sends broadcasts 15 minutes apart by default and holds them during quiet hours, 9pm to 9am. Nothing removes the risk completely.
If you need the green tick, very large template campaigns or a connection Meta itself stands behind, a platform on Meta’s official API is the better choice, and Meta then charges per message for Saudi numbers. A WhatsApp chatbot without the API explains both routes, and how to avoid a WhatsApp Business ban lists what keeps the risk low. See how OrcaFlo works for the setup step by step.
Questions
Yes. Sign up with your +966 WhatsApp Business number and link it by QR code, like WhatsApp Web; your number and chats stay as they are. The account must be at least 10 days old, because brand-new numbers are restricted far more often.
Prices are in US dollars: From $14.99 a month + 3¢ per message, after a 14-day free trial. That is about SAR 56 a month and about SAR 0.11 a message at the riyal’s 3.75 peg. Cards are charged in UAE dirhams, so your bank may add a foreign-currency fee, and every invoice carries the payment processing fee.
There is some risk. OrcaFlo isn’t Meta’s official API or an official WhatsApp app, and WhatsApp says linking an unofficial app can lead to a ban. A 10-day-old account, replying rather than cold messaging, and paced broadcasts with 9pm–9am quiet hours lower the risk; nothing removes it. More on the ban risk.
Appointments, reminders and quiet hours follow your business’s time zone. Sign up with your +966 number and your business starts on Riyadh time (UTC+3); you can change it any time in Setup or in Bot Settings → Time zone & currency. Riyadh and Jeddah are UTC+3, one hour behind the UAE.
Yes. The assistant answers 24/7, including the Friday–Saturday weekend and late at night. Bookings go into the next open slot in the working days you set, and broadcasts still wait out the 9pm–9am quiet hours.
In-chat payment links use Strabl or Ziina, which are UAE payment providers, connected by our team. Ask us about payment links for a Saudi business. The assistant can also take cash-on-delivery orders and log them for your team.
Not on the QR connection: OrcaFlo links to the WhatsApp Business app, and that connection has no Meta fee. Tools on Meta’s official API add Meta’s per-message fees for Saudi numbers; Meta publishes them on its pricing page, linked in the sources on this page.
