Reply from the OrcaFlo inbox, or press Pause bot, and the assistant steps back for that customer. Replies you type on your phone are saved to the chat but don’t pause the assistant.
Know the trade-off
OrcaFlo is not an official WhatsApp app. WhatsApp’s terms don’t allow unofficial apps, and linking one can lead to a temporary or permanent restriction or ban; spam-like behaviour raises that risk. To lower it we ask for a WhatsApp Business account that is at least 10 days old, broadcasts are paced, and a health light in your dashboard turns red, with a notification and an email, if your number disconnects.
