What OrcaFlo does
Small and medium businesses in the UAE and the rest of the Gulf take more and more of their enquiries on WhatsApp, often late at night and in two languages. OrcaFlo answers every one of them. It replies in the customer’s language, including Gulf Arabic, understands voice notes and photos, and answers only from the price list, documents and instructions the business gives it, so it never invents a price or a policy.
It books appointments into real open slots and sends reminders, sends timed follow-ups that stop as soon as the customer replies, turns every chat into a lead with a stage and a temperature, sends broadcasts paced to protect the number, and alerts staff on their phone when a customer is ready to buy or asks for a person. Complaints, big orders and anything it isn’t sure about go to the team with the whole conversation. How OrcaFlo connects, and the trade-off
OrcaFlo links to the WhatsApp Business app on your phone by QR code (Linked devices → Link a device), the way WhatsApp Web does. You keep your number, your chat history and the app, with no Meta business verification and no template approval. The trade-off: it isn’t Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API, so there’s no green tick, and WhatsApp can restrict numbers that behave like spam. That’s why OrcaFlo asks for an account at least 10 days old, paces broadcasts, and shows a WhatsApp health light in the dashboard that turns red, with a notification and an email, if your number disconnects.
