Straight answers about pricing, your WhatsApp number, Arabic replies, human takeover and integrations.
OrcaFlo is an AI sales assistant for WhatsApp, made in the UAE. It works on your existing WhatsApp Business number and answers customers in Arabic and English within seconds: it quotes your own prices, books appointments, follows up with people who went quiet and hands conversations to your team when a person is needed. Who makes it, and the key facts: about OrcaFlo.
No, and please don’t use a brand-new one. Connect the WhatsApp Business account you already use, as long as it is at least 10 days old. You scan a QR code just like WhatsApp Web, keep using WhatsApp on your phone, and can step into any conversation yourself.
WhatsApp watches new numbers closely. A number that starts sending automated replies within days of being created is far more likely to be restricted or banned. An account that has been active for at least 10 days is much safer.
Signing up takes about two minutes. Then you scan a QR code with your business phone, answer a few questions about what you sell (OrcaFlo writes your assistant’s instructions for you), chat with it yourself and press Go live, so you can be live the same day. Some business types press Submit for review instead and are switched on after a quick check. Step by step: how it works.
Yes. Your assistant stays switched off until you press Go live. Before that you can chat with it in the dashboard as if you were a customer, and change anything you like.
Yes. Choose “Other” when you sign up and tell us what you do. We’ll call you and set up a configuration made for your business.
Start with a 14-day free trial: your card is needed to start, nothing is charged until day 15, and the first 500 messages in the trial are free. Then Starter is $14.99 a month and Done-for-you (we set everything up and keep tuning it) $100 a month, both plus 3¢ per message. Your customers’ messages and your assistant’s replies count; messages you type yourself on your phone don’t. Messages are added up and charged once a week (3¢ is about AED 0.11). Every invoice comes with a payment processing fee, shown as its own line.
Every invoice comes with a payment processing fee, shown as its own line. The current rate is shown on the pricing page and on each invoice.
Not on today’s connection. OrcaFlo links to the WhatsApp Business app by QR code, and there are no separate Meta fees on that connection. If you later use OrcaFlo on Meta’s official API, Meta bills its own per-message fees to your WhatsApp Business account: see WhatsApp Business API pricing in the UAE.
Then you don’t pay. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: your card is needed to start, but nothing is charged until day 15. If it isn’t right for your business, email support@orcaflo-panel.com before then and you pay nothing. You don’t need to give a reason.
There is no contract or minimum term. Contact us and we’ll close your account; you only pay for messages already used.
Not for WhatsApp today. It links to the WhatsApp Business app by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does, so you keep your number, your chats and the app on your phone. The trade-off is no green tick, and a restriction risk if a number behaves like spam, which is why OrcaFlo needs an account at least 10 days old and paces broadcasts. Support for Meta’s official API is waiting on Meta’s app review (see integrations).
Answering people who message you is normal use. WhatsApp restricts numbers that act like spam: brand-new numbers, messages to people who never contacted you, identical mass broadcasts and lots of reports. OrcaFlo requires a 10-day-old account and paces broadcasts. The full list: how to avoid a WhatsApp Business ban.
Not from OrcaFlo. On the QR connection your number stays a regular WhatsApp Business account. The verified badge comes from Meta: through its official API, or through the paid Meta Verified subscription in the WhatsApp Business app where it’s offered. More in the Business app vs the API.
OrcaFlo works through the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, so keep that phone charged and online. A health light in your dashboard shows whether your number is connected and messages are being delivered; if it turns red you get a notification and an email.
Arabic (including Gulf dialect) and English out of the box, and it replies in the language the customer uses. Many other languages work too.
Yes. It replies in Modern Standard Arabic or in Gulf dialect, following how the customer writes, and switches to English when they do. Chat with it yourself before you go live to see how it sounds for your business. These answers are also in Arabic.
Yes. It understands voice notes and photos, so a customer can send a voice message or a picture of the item they want. Replying with a voice note of its own is in early access, switched on per business.
It writes in full sentences, in whatever language the customer used, not canned menus or “reply 1 for sales”. It uses your own product names, prices and wording, so it reads like your business rather than a generic assistant. It does answer fast, usually within seconds, so an attentive customer may work out they are talking to software; we would rather be quick than fake a typing delay. You can read and change its instructions whenever you like, and chat with it yourself before a single customer sees it.
Yes, at any moment. Every conversation is visible live in your dashboard, and you or your staff can step in with one tap. OrcaFlo stops replying to that customer straight away and stays out until you hand it back. You can pause it for one customer or for everyone, and decide when it should hand over by itself: complaints, large orders and anything it is unsure about go to your team with the whole conversation so far, and you get an alert on your phone.
It answers from the instructions, product list and documents you give it, and it is told never to invent prices or policies. When it isn’t sure, or a customer needs a person, it hands the conversation to your team and alerts you.
Yes. Add as many team members as you like, each with their own login and permissions, to take over chats, manage leads and handle bookings.
Yes. An admin can switch on hiding of customer phone numbers and emails. Agents and viewers then see a masked number and can still reply and work normally, while admins always see full details. See team roles.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Calendly, Shopify, Zapier and n8n, plus email, website chat and Telegram as extra channels in the same inbox. Every app and its real status (live, early access or coming soon) is on the integrations page.
Yes. It offers real open slots, confirms the booking and sends reminders before the visit. With Google Calendar connected it only offers times you’re free and adds every booking to your calendar, and Calendly works too.
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant to OrcaFlo and ask it who is still waiting for a reply; it can tag, book and reply for you, with your approval. How to connect.
Yes. The Switch to OrcaFlo importer brings contacts, tags, custom fields and lifecycle stages from respond.io, WATI, Interakt, Trengo, HubSpot or any CSV, and past conversations where the old tool can export them. Imported contacts are never messaged automatically. How to switch.
Not yet: Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger are waiting on Meta’s app review. Email, website chat and Telegram already work, answered by the same AI in the same inbox.
