orca.floConnect Claude or ChatGPT to OrcaFlo
If you use Claude or ChatGPT, you can connect it to your OrcaFlo business. Then you can ask things like “who is waiting for a reply?” or “move Sara to Interested”, and it works directly in OrcaFlo.

Connect it
Open AI Assistants (MCP)
In the sidebar, under Connections, click AI Assistants (MCP) (admins only). It shows the address to use and the steps for each app.
Add OrcaFlo as a connector
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. In ChatGPT: turn on developer mode for connectors and create a new connector. Use this address: https://api.orcaflo-panel.com/mcp
Sign in to OrcaFlo
A window opens. Sign in with your OrcaFlo login. If you manage several businesses, switch to the right one first.
Choose what it may do
You see each permission, for example reading conversations or sending messages. Turn off anything you don’t want, then click Approve.
What it can do
Contacts
Look people up and change tags, fields and lifecycle stages.
Conversations
Read message history, summarise chats and find customers nobody has answered. Assign, close and reopen conversations.
Messages
Reply to a customer on WhatsApp, or pause and resume the AI in a chat. It normally asks you before it uses a tool.
Bookings, orders and products
Check free slots, book or move appointments, and answer “what sold this week?” or “has she paid?”.
Things to ask
- Who messaged us today and is still waiting for a reply?
- Summarise yesterday’s conversations and list the hot leads.
- Tag everyone who asked about delivery to Abu Dhabi as “AUH”.
- Book Sara for a consultation tomorrow at 4 pm.
Other AI apps
The same connection works in the other apps we tested on 7 October 2026: Claude Code, Claude on web, desktop and mobile, ChatGPT (developer mode), Cursor, VS Code (Copilot), Windsurf, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI. Apps without sign-in, and n8n or Make, use an API key instead. The AI Assistants (MCP) page has the exact steps for each one.
Where AI configuration is switched on for your business, a connected assistant can also set up automations, assistant rules and products for you. Every change it makes is listed under Changes by AI, where you can undo it, or approve it first if approval mode is on.
Good to know
Only admins can approve
Staff without admin access can’t connect an assistant to the business.
Check the address
The approval screen shows where you’ll be sent afterwards. Only approve an app you just started connecting yourself.
Disconnect any time
Open AI Assistants (MCP) and click Disconnect next to the app. Access stops immediately.
Questions
It’s told to show you the exact message and ask first. If you don’t want it to send at all, turn off that permission when you approve.
The connection stops working as soon as that person is removed or is no longer an admin.
