orca.floConnect OrcaFlo to Zapier, Make or n8n
OrcaFlo has its own apps for Zapier, Make and n8n. They are not listed in those stores yet, so you add them with the links below. After that they work like any other app there.

Zapier
Accept the invite
Open [the OrcaFlo invite for Zapier](https://zapier.com/developer/public-invite/246960/91c66dffc958947bb400d5fcef61c431/) while logged in to Zapier and click Accept Invite & Build a Zap.
Connect
In a Zap, pick OrcaFlo as a trigger or action. When asked, paste the API key.
Make
Install the app
Open [the OrcaFlo invite for Make](https://www.make.com/en/hq/app-invitation/746517de9d49f88b717f8b76789d851c) while logged in to Make and click Install.
Connect
Add an OrcaFlo module to a scenario (for example Watch Events), click Create a connection and paste the API key.
n8n (self-hosted)
Install the node
In n8n open Settings → Community Nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-orcaflo.
Add the credential
Create an OrcaFlo API credential and paste an API key with the Zapier / Make / n8n permissions.
Build
Use OrcaFlo Trigger to start a workflow on OrcaFlo events, and OrcaFlo to update contacts or send messages.
Good to know
Messages
To protect your number, automations can only reply in conversations the customer started. To reach a new lead, use Start a Conversation with a New Lead: OrcaFlo sends the opener at a safe pace during business hours.
Disconnect any time
Revoke the API key under Connections → API & Webhooks → API keys and every automation using it stops.
Questions
The apps are finished and tested, and they are going through the stores’ own review. The invite gives you the same app today.
Not yet. n8n Cloud only offers nodes that n8n has verified. Self-hosted n8n works now.
