Jeddah

Every Jeddah order, table and booking answered on WhatsApp, day and night.

Short answer

OrcaFlo answers Jeddah customers on WhatsApp day and night, in Arabic or English: menu and stock questions, delivery areas, orders, table and salon bookings and trip enquiries. As of October 2026, a restaurant with 600 chats a month, about 6 messages each, pays around $122.99 (about SAR 461) on the Starter plan, plus the payment processing fee.

Updated

Jeddah is the Kingdom’s second-largest city, with about 3.7 million residents in the 2022 census, and its Red Sea commercial hub. Its shops, restaurants, salons and travel agencies answer a steady stream of short, practical questions: is it in stock, do you deliver to my area, is there a table tonight, can I book Thursday? OrcaFlo answers each one in seconds, in Arabic or English, and turns the answer into an order or a booking.

Why it fits Jeddah

Questions that never stop

Opening hours, sizes, colours, prices, delivery fees: the same questions dozens of times a day. It answers each from your own lists, so your staff can serve the customers in front of them.

Late evenings

The busiest hours online in Saudi Arabia are 9 to 11pm (CST, 2024), right when dinner bookings and late orders come in. It replies at 11pm the way it does at 11am.

Residents and visitors

A city that welcomes visitors as well as residents gets messages in Arabic and in English. It replies in the language each customer writes in and switches when they do.

Shoppers buy local

In Saudi Arabia, 93.1% of online shopping happens on local websites (CST, 2024). A Jeddah store that answers on WhatsApp in seconds gives those buyers less reason to move on to the next one.

What it does for a Jeddah business

Restaurants and cafés

Answers hours, menu and delivery-area questions, books tables with party size and time, and can pass allergy questions and large events to your manager.

Online stores

Answers stock, size and delivery questions from your product list, collects the order details and follows up with people who asked a price and went quiet.

Salons and spas

Quotes your service menu, offers open slots, confirms the booking and reminds the client before the appointment.

Travel agencies

Collects destination, dates, travellers and budget, answers from your packages and hands a ready-to-quote brief to an agent. It doesn’t search live flight prices.

Orders, payment and delivery

When a customer is ready to buy, the assistant collects the name, items and delivery address and passes the order to your team; cash-on-delivery orders are logged for your team to confirm. In-chat payment links use Strabl or Ziina, which are UAE payment providers, connected by our team. Ask us about payment links for a Saudi business.

Customers can also send a location pin instead of typing an address. With location understanding switched on, the assistant sees the place and a map link; ask us to switch it on for your business.

New stock, a weekend offer or Ramadan hours can go out as a broadcast to your customer list, one message every 15 minutes and none between 9pm and 9am by default, to protect your number. With those defaults that is about 48 customers a day, so start a long list several days ahead. Appointments, reminders and quiet hours follow your business’s time zone. Sign up with your +966 number and your business starts on Riyadh time (UTC+3); you can change it any time in Setup or in Bot Settings → Time zone & currency.

Every customer message and every assistant reply counts, so a quiet week costs less. Riyal figures on this page are the dollar price × 3.75, the riyal’s peg to the US dollar held by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

Cards are charged in UAE dirhams: AED 55.05 a month for Starter (AED 367.25 for Done-for-you), about AED 0.11 per message. Your bank converts that to riyals at its own rate and may add a foreign-currency fee. Every invoice comes with a payment processing fee, shown as its own line. The honest part

OrcaFlo links to your WhatsApp Business app by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does, so you keep your number, your chats and the app on your phone. It isn’t Meta’s official API or an official WhatsApp app, so there is no green tick, and WhatsApp says linking an unofficial app can lead to a restriction or a ban. To lower that risk, OrcaFlo asks for an account at least 10 days old, sends broadcasts 15 minutes apart by default and holds them during quiet hours, 9pm to 9am. Nothing removes the risk completely.

Pacing matters most for a store or restaurant that sends offers: identical messages to people who never asked for them are what gets numbers reported. How to avoid a WhatsApp Business ban covers the rest, a WhatsApp chatbot without the API compares this route with Meta’s official one, and how OrcaFlo works walks through setup.
