orca.floTell Meta which chats became customers
When you run Facebook or Instagram ads that open a chat, OrcaFlo can tell Meta which of those chats became leads, bookings or sales. Meta then shows your ads to more people like your real customers.

Switch it on
Connect your Facebook Page
In the left menu, open Channels and click Connect Facebook. See Connect Instagram and Messenger.
Open the Ad results card
On the same page, find the Ad results: tell Meta who became a customer card. Under Dataset (pixel), pick the dataset your ads use, then click Save.
Choose what to send
Tick Send a “Lead” when someone starts a chat from an ad, set a CRM stage for qualified leads (for example Qualified), and tick Send a “Purchase” with the amount when a payment link is paid. Click Save.
Confirm consent
Turn on My privacy notice tells customers that chat outcomes are shared with Meta for ad measurement. Nothing is sent until this is on.
What Meta receives
Lead
Once, when a chat that started from one of your Meta ads gets its first messages.
Qualified lead
Once, when the lead first reaches the CRM stage you chose. Under More stages to report you can add other stages, for example Booked as “Checkout started” or Ordered as “Order placed”.
Purchase
When a payment link is paid or you log a sale, with the amount and currency.
How customers are matched
By the ad click itself, or by a scrambled (hashed) phone number or email. Never names in plain text, and never message text.
Good to know
Recently sent to Meta
The card lists what was sent, and anything skipped with the reason (for example, a customer who opted out).
Customers who opt out
Add the tag no-ad-tracking to a contact and nothing about them is ever sent to Meta.
Sent once
Each lead, qualified lead and purchase is sent once, even if a message is retried.
Your own dataset only
Results go only to the dataset you choose, under your own Meta business.
