Open Bot Settings
Edit your prompt as usual.

Click Review prompt
Under the prompt, in “Check this prompt before publishing”.

Fix what matters
Red items should be fixed before you save; yellow ones are worth fixing; grey ones are suggestions.
What it checks
The special tags OrcaFlo relies on: lead temperature, handing over to a person, and bookings. A missing or misspelled tag quietly switches a feature off.
Instructions that would send customers an empty message, test or local links, and very long prompts that cost more on every reply.
An AI review for contradictions, unclear hand-over rules and risky promises (medical, legal, refunds).
