Import your website into the knowledge base
Your website already explains your services, prices and policies. Import it and the AI assistant can answer from it.

Import your site

Open Knowledge Base
In the left menu, open Knowledge Base.

Enter your address
Type your website address (for example https://myclinic.ae) under “Import from your website” and click Import.

Wait a minute
We read up to 20 pages of your site (your own site only) and add each page as a document.
Good to know
Importing the same website again replaces the pages from the last import, so you never get duplicates. You can import up to 5 times a day.
We respect your robots.txt, and pages that need a login can’t be imported.
For prices that change often, a short price list document is still the most reliable source.
