Add a chat widget to your website
The website chat puts a small chat bubble on your site. Visitors chat with the same AI assistant that answers your WhatsApp, can send photos or documents, and can jump to WhatsApp in one tap. It can also show buttons for your other channels (Instagram, Telegram, email…).

Open Channels
In the left menu, open Channels and find the Website chat card. Click Create website chat.
Make it yours
Under Look, set the title, greeting, color and position, and choose the language (or let it follow your website). Under Chat, choose whether visitors can send files.
Add your other channels (optional)
Under “Other channel buttons”, add your WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, email or phone links. Visitors see them under “Or message us on”.
Copy the code
Under Install, click Copy code and paste it just before </body> on every page of your website, or send it to your web designer. On WordPress, Wix or Shopify, paste it into the “custom code” / “footer scripts” setting.
Check it’s installed
Type your website address under Check your website and click Check. Once the chat has loaded on your site, it also shows under Seen on, with when it was last seen.
Test it
Open your website in a private window, click the bubble and ask a question. The reply comes from your AI assistant within a few seconds.
Useful options
Only on these websites: list your domain (for example myclinic.ae) so the widget can’t be copied onto someone else’s site.
Ask for details before the chat starts: collect name, email or phone before the first message, optionally as required fields.
Channel buttons only: turn off Live AI chat to show just the buttons for your other channels, a floating contact button.
Continue on WhatsApp: adds a button that opens WhatsApp with a short reference, so the conversation carries on in your WhatsApp inbox.
Office hours (Hours tab): use your business hours from Inbox settings or set the widget’s own. Outside those hours visitors see your away message and when you’re back. The AI assistant keeps answering either way.
Chat button (Launcher & greeting tab): a round icon or an icon with text such as “Chat with us”, how far from the corner it sits, and whether to hide it on phones.
Greeting bubble (Greet visitors with a bubble): a short message that pops up next to the chat button after a few seconds, at most once a day per visitor.
Where the chats appear
Website conversations appear in your Conversations / Inbox with a globe icon, next to your WhatsApp chats. You can take over, reply and use AI Assist exactly as on WhatsApp.
If you don’t see this in your panel yet, email support@orcaflo-panel.com and we’ll switch it on for your business.
Questions
No. It is one small script (about 11 KB) that loads after your page and doesn’t use cookies.
Yes. Set the language to Arabic (or “Match the website”) and the widget switches to Arabic, right to left, and the AI replies in the visitor’s language.
The chat loaded on a website that isn’t in your Only on these websites list, so it didn’t open there. Add that address to the list if it’s yours.
Yes, on the same browser. If your website has logins, your developer can use “identify” to link visitors to their account so they see the same conversation on any device.
Yes. Files open through a private link that works for about 15 minutes and only for that conversation. Reopening the chat makes fresh links, so old ones can’t be shared around.
Make sure the code is on the page you typed (not only on a test copy) and that the page is public. Some site builders only publish custom code after you click Publish again.
