Answer customers on Telegram

Customers who message your Telegram bot get answers from the same AI assistant as your WhatsApp. It takes about two minutes.

Create and connect your bot

In Telegram, search for @BotFather (with the blue tick) and send /newbot.

Pick a display name (for example “Glow Clinic”) and a username that ends in “bot” (for example GlowClinicBot).

BotFather sends a token that looks like 123456789:AAH… Copy all of it.

Open Channels → Telegram, paste the token and click Connect bot. Your bot’s link (t.me/yourbot) appears; share it anywhere.

Use a new bot for customers, not the bot that sends you OrcaFlo alerts.

The bot answers private chats only; it stays silent if someone adds it to a group.

Telegram conversations appear in your Conversations / Inbox with a paper-plane icon.
