Business referral terms

1. Who we are

This programme is run by Nuevo Automations FZE LLC, licensed by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority under licence no. 4431808.01, of Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). OrcaFlo is its product.

2. What you get

When a business you invite with your link from Invite a business becomes a paying OrcaFlo customer, your business gets AED 100 of messaging credit. The business you invited gets the normal offer; the referral adds nothing for it.

The credit is taken off your message charges (the per-message part of your bill) until it is used up. It does not cover plan fees, message bundles, add-ons or the payment processing fee, and it can't be exchanged for cash.

3. When the credit is earned

When the invited business pays its first invoice after its free trial, and that invoice is worth at least one month of the Starter plan ($14.99 or its AED equivalent) after the payment processing fee.

The invited business must sign up within 90 days of clicking your link (the latest link clicked counts) and must not already be an OrcaFlo customer.

4. Limits and fair use

At most 12 credits in any 12 months.

Inviting yourself does not count: no credit is given when the invited business shares your email, phone number, payment card or payment account.

If the qualifying payment is refunded or charged back, any part of the credit not yet used is cancelled.

We may withhold or cancel credit given through fraud or abuse of these terms.

5. Changes

We may change or end the referral reward with 30 days' notice. Credit already earned stays on your account.
