Affiliate programme terms

1. Who we are

This programme is run by Nuevo Automations FZE LLC, licensed by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority under licence no. 4431808.01, of Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). OrcaFlo is its product.

2. Joining

You apply on orcaflo-panel.com/partners. We review every application and tell you by email whether it is approved. Once approved you get your own link with your code, and access to your partner dashboard.

3. Which businesses count

A business counts as referred by you when it signs up within 90 days of clicking your link, on the same device and browser. If it clicks another partner's link after yours, the latest click counts. A business that was already an OrcaFlo customer, or had already started signing up through someone else, does not count.

4. What you earn

20% of every payment a business you referred makes to us during the 6 months that start with its first payment. After those 6 months you stop earning on that business.

The 20% is a share of what the referred business actually paid us for OrcaFlo: its plan, messages, message bundles and add-ons, minus the payment processing fee shown on its invoices and minus any refund, credit note or chargeback on that payment. Taxes, if any, are not included.

There is no one-off bonus per sign-up: you earn only on what referred businesses actually pay.

5. Payouts

Earnings become payable 30 days after the client payment they come from. We pay by bank transfer once a month when your payable balance is at least $50 (AED 183.63); a smaller balance carries over to the next month.

Payouts are made in UAE dirhams to the bank account you give us. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn and for your own bank's charges.

If a payment you earned on is later refunded or charged back, the matching earnings are reversed: taken off unpaid earnings, or off your next payouts if they were already paid.

6. Rules and ending a partnership

You may not refer yourself, your own business or a business you own, run or are paid by; use paid ads, search ads or domains on the OrcaFlo name or its misspellings; send spam or unsolicited messages; or say anything about OrcaFlo that isn't true (including prices or results we haven't published).

We may refuse an application, and may end a partnership at any time for a breach of these rules or for fraud. Earnings not yet paid then lapse; payouts already made stand unless they came from the breach.

7. Changes and law

We may change these terms, including the shares, with 30 days' notice by email. Earnings on payments made before a change keep the terms they were earned under.
