Some OrcaFlo features can be optional paid add-ons on top of your plan. You can see them, and what they cost, in your panel.

See your add-ons
Open Subscription
In the left menu (admins only), open Subscription. If your business has add-ons available, a Plan & add-ons section lists them.
Check what you have
Each add-on shows its monthly price in your billing currency and whether it’s Active (with the date it started), Included in your plan, or available.
Ask for one
Click Request this next to an add-on. We get your request and contact you before switching anything on; nothing is charged just for asking.
How add-ons are billed
Add-ons are billed monthly with your existing OrcaFlo billing, on the 1st, for the month before. You only pay for the days an add-on was on: switch it on on the 16th of a 30-day month and that month costs half.
When an add-on is switched off, it stops that day and isn’t billed after that. The Plan & add-ons section also shows what this month comes to so far and your past add-on charges, month by month.
