WhatsApp booking assistants for UAE clinics, compared (2026)
Short answer
As of October 2026, UAE clinics choose between clinic-only AI receptionists (Zavis, enFoyer, Rabetica, Iyadati AI) and general WhatsApp platforms (Commbots, ChatMajlis, LetsBot, OrcaFlo). Zavis suits clinics that need EMR write-back; OrcaFlo suits clinics that want Gulf-Arabic AI booking from their own calendar at the lowest monthly price. We make OrcaFlo.
Updated
Patients in the UAE message a clinic on WhatsApp and expect an answer in minutes, in Arabic or English, often late at night. Eight tools now promise to answer and book for you. We compared them on what a clinic actually needs: where the booking lands, the Arabic, reminders, handing clinical questions to staff, and the published price. Every competitor fact comes from the vendor’s own site, read on 20 October 2026.
Disclosure: we make OrcaFlo
OrcaFlo is our product, so read this list knowing that. To keep it fair: every competitor fact and price below comes from the vendor’s own website and is linked under Sources; where a vendor doesn’t publish a price we say so; and we say where another tool is the better pick. Nobody paid to be on this list.
What to check before you choose
- Where the booking lands. Straight into your EMR, into a calendar (Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com), or as a request your team confirms.
- Arabic. Whether it replies in Gulf dialect as well as English. Test it with your own patients’ messages and voice notes.
- Clinical questions. A WhatsApp assistant should never give medical advice: check that it hands those chats to your staff with the whole conversation.
- Reminders. Automatic reminders before the appointment cut no-shows.
- The connection. Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API, or a link to the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
- The real monthly price. Plan, conversation or message limits, and setup fees.

Which one fits your clinic
Zavis: best for EMR write-back
If bookings must land in your clinic system automatically, Zavis is built around EMR write-back, with an omnichannel inbox and voice. Pricing is per clinic, after a demo.
Rabetica: best if you also want calls answered
It answers phone calls as well as WhatsApp, books into your calendar and says patient data is stored in the UAE. Prices aren’t published.
enFoyer: best for human-approved replies
A Dubai clinic’s own assistant: Gulf Arabic and English, and replies are approved by your team. Prices aren’t published.
Iyadati AI: a clinic-only receptionist with published prices
Arabic in Jordanian and Gulf dialects; the AI receptionist starts on its $199 plan with 2,000 WhatsApp conversations a month.
Commbots: AED-priced platform with a healthcare offer
AED 250 a month for 1,000 conversations, with booking, rescheduling, reminders and escalation on its healthcare page.
OrcaFlo: best price for Gulf-Arabic AI booking
It answers patients in Gulf Arabic or English, offers real free slots from your hours or Google Calendar, books and reminds, and hands anything clinical to your staff. Instagram and Messenger sit in the same inbox. One UAE dental clinic booked 400+ appointments through it in three months. From $14.99 a month + 2¢ per message, after a 14-day free trial. For clinics
Where OrcaFlo is not the best choice
- Bookings must be written into your EMR automatically: Zavis is built for that. OrcaFlo books into its own calendar or Google Calendar, Calendly or Cal.com, not an EMR.
- You want the phone answered by AI too: Rabetica answers calls as well as WhatsApp.
- Every reply must be approved by a person before it goes out: enFoyer is built around that.
Our pick for most small UAE clinics
If you are a small clinic or a single practice and most patients reach you on WhatsApp or Instagram, OrcaFlo answers in Gulf Arabic tonight without a project: No plan fee for 14 days and your first 500 messages free, then from $14.99 a month + 2¢ per message. No setup fee. It runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API or on the WhatsApp Business app you already use; on that QR link there’s no green tick and some ban risk, because it isn’t an official WhatsApp app. Larger groups that need EMR write-back should look at Zavis first.

Questions
Several do, as of October 2026: Zavis, enFoyer, Rabetica, Iyadati AI, Commbots, ChatMajlis, LetsBot and OrcaFlo. Zavis writes bookings into an EMR; OrcaFlo books from your own hours or Google Calendar in Gulf Arabic or English at the lowest monthly price. We make OrcaFlo.
It shouldn’t. A good clinic assistant answers fees, doctors, timings and directions, books, and hands any clinical question to your staff with the whole conversation. OrcaFlo, Commbots and enFoyer all say they route these to the team.
Published prices range from from $14.99 a month (OrcaFlo, plus 2¢ per message) to AED 250 (Commbots) and $199 a month (Iyadati AI with its AI receptionist). Zavis, enFoyer and Rabetica quote on request (October 2026).
Most of these tools reply in Arabic. Gulf dialect is stated by OrcaFlo, enFoyer and Iyadati AI (which also names Jordanian). Test any tool with your own patients’ messages before you choose.
No. Nobody paid to be included. We make OrcaFlo, which is on the list, and every competitor fact links to the vendor’s own website so you can check it.
